About
Twolipps Graphics and Web Design is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by myself, Constance (Connie) Lippert. Although I work primarily as a freelance graphic designer and web site implementation professional, I hold considerable experience in software development for a variety of projects. My role has been both project manager and software engineer.
My experience goes beyond 25+ years. After leaving the traditional business world in 2001, I began private consulting for software development projects and eventually settled on web design after doing volunteer web development for several local non-profit organizations. In 2003, I named my business Twolipps Graphics and Web Design for my freelance work. I currently have over 50 sites that I have created and installed. Since 2005, I have successfully installed most of my sites using Joomla!®™, an Open Source Content Management System.
In all of my work, I develop custom graphics and custom web sites. I take a personal interest in how the web site is going to be updated and used by my client and customize it so it will be easily maintained and according to W3C compliancy rules.
I have a proven history of meeting deadlines and project objectives and your project will not be an exception to that history. I can provide references from past and current clients and business associates from a variety of sizes and nature of projects. It is my hope that the integrity, motivation and technical expertise I provide will result in outstanding personal attention for your project and be the overriding factor in my mission to serve.
