American Hospice Foundation is a large site converted to Joomla 1.5 from Mambo. We also setup and streamlined the ecommerce portion, added a Document Manager, JCE Editor and many custom forms including an E-card Online Donation and Hospice Quiz using Breezingforms ( Facile Forms ).

An Unexpected Benefit
A interesting trend that tends to happen with new Joomla! CMS web sites is for organizations to move away from paper flyers and handouts. Ok, you're thinking "dah...what else is new?", except, I say, in the real world going to Joomla! CMS has an unexpected benefit that some organizations don't anticipate.
For example, just last year, one of my clients, Sheila, was accustomed to passing out printed handouts to the club members, ( numbering > 500 ) for the purpose of communicating most all business for the club.
